When choosing fats and oils, it is best to choose those that are low in saturated fat and higher levels of omega 3 fatty acids. The pyramid also suggests that salt should not be added to food.

Choose a variety of foods HLP , it helps us to consume all the nutrients and other food components that are necessary for good health .
